LE DANG KHANG
Throughout my journey as the President of 𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝟒, I carry a clear commitment: to dedicate my passion, capability, and sense of responsibility to building a meaningful and impactful term. Together with the BOE, a team of dedicated and capable partners, I firmly believe that 𝐆𝐞𝐧 𝟏𝟒 will continue to create high-quality academic playgrounds and inspire students across the country through RMIT Research Challenge Season 10 and RMIT Stock Trading Kombat Season 2.
To me, and to many 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐅𝐂 is more than just a club. It is a family where we learn, grow, play, and create memories that we will one day look back on with pride. 𝐅𝐂 is also a place that nurtures future leaders and empowers the next generation of young talents to dream big and take action.
As we move forward, I hope to continue this journey with all of you as we write Chapter 14 of Finance Club together, a chapter filled with ambition, challenges, and achievements. Stay tuned and look out for our upcoming events!

NGUYEN THI KIM THUY
As the External Vice President of 𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛, my vision is to create a place that feels like home. I want 𝐅𝐂 to be more than a club but a warm, welcoming community where you can laugh, learn, and lean on one another. Every member brings something special, and together, we form a family that supports, encourages, and grows side by side. Here, your stories matter, your ideas matter, and you matter.
My hope is that 𝐅𝐂 becomes a space where you feel comfortable to be yourself, to try new things, and to build friendships and memories that last long after university. And I can’t wait for us to continue building this meaningful journey together.

NGUYEN BUI BAO NGOC
“𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲.”
This idea has shaped how I approach my role as Internal Vice President of Generation 14. I’ve always seen myself less as a leader at the front and more as the person who holds the space, the one who listens, pays attention to the quiet details, and makes sure everyone feels supported enough to show up as themselves. Midway through my tenure, I’ve realised that what makes 𝐅𝐂 truly special isn’t the big milestones, but the invisible threads of connection that form when people feel understood.
My hope has never been for people to join out of routine, but because they feel a genuine pull - a sense that this is a place where their presence matters and their contributions carry weight. When we show up for one another with honesty and care, collaboration becomes natural and friendships grow without effort.
As we move forward, I want to keep strengthening those threads, by nurturing the trust and connection that allow one to grow. And if, by the end of this journey, people can say they felt supported, seen, and encouraged to become their best selves, then I know I’ve fulfilled the role I was meant to play.
Let’s keep pushing forward, together - our best chapters are still ahead.

BUI TRAN THANH PHUC
As I begin my journey as the Chief Financial Officer of 𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛, I feel incredibly grateful and excited for what lies ahead. Beyond leading the club, what I truly aspire to do is walk alongside our members in building a strong financial foundation - one that is practical, applicable, and meaningful in the long run.
To me, finance is far more than numbers on a page; it is the backbone that turns ideas into reality and helps people move forward with confidence. In this role, I hope to create an environment where learning finance becomes enjoyable, engaging, and purpose-driven. Whether you're taking your first steps into this field or already familiar with it, I want you to feel supported, inspired, and motivated to keep growing. Sometimes, all it takes is the right guidance at the right moment to discover your true potential.
With the unity of the BOE and the passion of all our members, I believe we will continue shaping 𝐅𝐂 to be professional, welcoming, and full of opportunities. I’m genuinely excited to work with everyone and create a term that is not only meaningful, but truly unforgettable.

NGO NGOC TUONG LINH
Stepping into this new chapter, I return to a line that has shaped many of my decisions: "𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮". Choosing to join a finance club as a Digital Marketing student felt unusual at first, but that choice opened a door I did not expect. What I discovered in 𝐅𝐂 was not a space defined by numbers, charts or valuations, but a community that embraces every student who is willing to learn and grow. 𝐅𝐂 has a way of softening the boundary around the word ‘finance’ and turning it into something approachable and collaborative.
As Marketing Manager of Generation 14, I hope to strengthen that spirit of openness. My vision is to create a space where members from all backgrounds feel supported to express their ideas and develop creatively, while also finding their own connection to the world of finance. With the BOE team, I want to serve as a bridge that brings people closer together and ensures that 𝐅𝐂 remains a place where we are together nurtured, encouraged and given room to evolve into our best selves.

NGUYEN MINH TRANG
Hello everyone, my name is Nguyễn Minh Trang, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve as the External Relations Manager of Generation 14 at 𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛.
One quote that has stayed with me since my earliest days in this role is: “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝.” It was a reminder that encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone, trust my abilities, and work with the incredible members of the External Relations Department to turn ideas into real outcomes.
I strive to build an open, proactive, and supportive environment where every ER member can gain meaningful experiences, form valuable connections, and grow into a more confident version of themselves.
I truly believe that the strength of our department comes from the people within it. When each member is empowered to explore their potential, we become a diverse and dynamic team capable of fulfilling our core mission: acting as ‘the bridge’ between 𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 and our external partners. With that foundation, our goal is to build and grow a network of sustainable and ever-expanding connections that can be passed down from generation to generation.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue working alongside our BOE and the entire “Ép Xi” family to create a long-lasting impact. With the dedication of every member, I believe that the 14th Generation of the External Relations Department will achieve meaningful milestones and contribute to a stronger, more connected future for our club.

NGUYEN DANG HUY
When RnD serves as the brain of the organisation, where ideas are conceived and strategies are born, HR is the lifeblood: the silent current that carries energy to every “cell” of 𝐅𝐂.
HR is where the heartbeat of the club is strongest, where connection, trust, and team spirit are nurtured day by day. And wherever that lifeblood flows, it carries with it the warmth of a passionate flame, one that I, together with all of you in HR, work tirelessly to preserve with love, patience, and dedication.
As the person entrusted with guiding that flame, I hold onto one belief:
HR is not merely support. HR is creation.
HR is not simply standing behind. HR is lifting others forward.
And HR is not just a department. HR is a home.
A home where every individual is seen, heard, and empowered. A home where even the smallest effort is recognised. A home where your very first steps will always have someone walking beside you and where your later steps will be watched with pride.
I strive to pass on our core values professionalism, responsibility, compassion, and kindness because I believe they are what shape each member of HR into a stronger version of themselves. And deep down, I carry a simple but earnest hope:
That one day, someone among you will be the one to carry this flame forward, to lead HR, and to continue writing the story we are building together.
To me, HR is a place that welcomes anyone - as long as you show up as yourself: someone with ambition, courage, and a willingness to learn and grow. Because here, we do not seek perfection, we seek those who are ready to rise.
And if you choose to walk through this door, trust that HR will not only change the way you work,
HR will change the way you see yourself.

PHAN THANH PHONG
Dear “backbones” of 𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛,
How have you all been doing lately? I hope everything is going well and that each of you is moving forward with plenty of energy and motivation.
I am Thanh Phong, currently serving as the Research and Development Manager. It has been one full semester since I took on this role - not a long journey, but long enough for me to truly appreciate the values that 𝐅𝐂 brings and the responsibility that I want to continue carrying.
Over the past semester, what I am most proud of is having the chance to work alongside a team that is always eager to learn, share, and support one another. I’ve seen many of you grow step by step, becoming more confident in research, more proactive in asking questions, and more engaged in every club activity. Those moments remind me that R&D is not merely a place to “learn finance,” but a space where each person finds their own path of development.
Moving into the next semester, my goal is to deliver even more value to our community. Not only through training and workshops, but also by creating an environment where every member can try, make mistakes, learn, and improve day by day. I hope we continue building 𝐅𝐂 where 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐬 feels heard, understood, and given the opportunity to shine in their own way.
Thank you all for your companionship and trust. I hope the journey ahead will be even brighter - and that each of us, whether new members, veterans, or leaders, will continue contributing to a stronger and more meaningful 𝐅𝐂.
